Brief description
This stage opens a new extraordinary route that enriches our journey from a naturalistic-environmental and historical-cultural point of view. The holm oak forests on the limestone mountains, the big perennial spring of Pubusinu and the caves of Su Mannau are the natural jewels that are a frame for the mining heritage highlighted by the Gutturu Pala mine, the home of Karl Marx, its discoverer, and the mine-museum of Su Zurfuru. We can dedicate time visiting this patrimony while walking along an easy and mostly downhill stage.
