The Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara Foundation recommends Iglesias as the starting point even though you are free to start from where you prefer.
You can reach your starting point via public transportation .
You can arrive in Sardinia by plane or ferry and then you’ll be able to reach your starting point by train, bus or private transfer services.
In order to reach Iglesias, the starting point of the Cammino, you can take the train from Cagliari Airport (about 40 minutes). You can also reach the stages of Carbonia and Villamassargia directly by train.
