Brief description

This stage is not too long and easy enough to cover. The most challenging part is the abrupt climb from the church of San Sisinio (229 m asl) leading to the intersection with the asphalted street at Cariatzu (384 m asl). For the rest it is a pleasant walk on the right bank of the lake leading to the Leni river, from which you gradually climb up towards the plant nursery of Monti Mannu and the Posada nearby.
